All aluminium scrap from our production line is re-melted and used as raw material. With a scrap recycling rate above 95%, we are approaching our zero-waste target.
Energy Efficiency
Through furnace insulation, waste heat recovery systems and LED factory lighting, we continuously reduce our annual energy consumption.
Water Management
A closed-loop cooling system minimises water consumption in our factory. Our wastewater treatment facility operates well below all legal limits.
Long-Life Products
Aluminium cast radiators with a 30+ year lifespan eliminate the need for frequent replacement, significantly reducing the total carbon footprint.
Why Aluminium is
an Environmental Choice?
Although aluminium is energy-intensive to produce, it is an environmentally remarkable metal in terms of its properties. Once produced, aluminium can be recycled 100% over and over again, consuming only 5% of the energy required for primary production.
At Radobella, a significant portion of our raw material comes from recycled aluminium. This reduces natural resource consumption while keeping our production costs sustainable.
The long lifespan of aluminium cast radiators (30+ years) is one of the most important factors breaking the "produce-use-discard" cycle.
