Manufacturing Process

Raw Material & Casting
High-purity AlSi12 alloy is melted at 720°C and injected into precision die-cast moulds.

CNC Machining
Cast parts are machined on CNC centres, bringing dimensional tolerances to ±0.05 mm.

Nipple Assembly
Sections are joined with a proprietary nipple and gasket system ensuring watertight integrity.

Pressure Testing
Each radiator undergoes a 6-bar hydraulic pressure test per EN 442 requirements.

Surface & Paint
Electrostatic powder coating or custom colour application protects and finishes each unit.

Final QC & Packaging
After final quality control every unit is secured in export-grade packaging.

What is an aluminium cast radiator?
An aluminium cast radiator is a heating element produced by die-casting a high-purity AlSi12 aluminium alloy into individual sections that are then joined together. Compared with cast iron it is 60–70% lighter; compared with steel it heats up four times faster. Each section delivers 60–200 W of heat output (ΔT50). It is compatible with closed-circuit systems at pH 6.5–8.5 and withstands 16 bar operating pressure and 110 °C water temperature. With proper installation and maintenance, service life exceeds 30 years. Radobella's EN 442 and CE-certified models are trusted by installers and distributors in more than 50 countries.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard product MOQ is 50 units; custom production and private-label projects require a minimum of 100 units. Orders of 500+ units qualify for full-container (FCL) pricing and priority production scheduling. Sample shipments of 1–5 units are available for market testing or product approval. Consignment stocking arrangements can be discussed under specific conditions. Contact our sales team for current pricing tailored to your region and order volume — project-based quotations are turned around within 24 hours.
Do you offer OEM / private label production?
Yes, we offer complete OEM and private-label production. From 200 units upward, options include custom-printed cartons, embossed logos on sections, colour matching across the full RAL palette, and technical documents prepared in the client's language. Tooling costs are amortised over the order volume over time; a neutral-label option is available for smaller initial batches. Regional exclusivity agreements are also open for discussion. Do you have CE certification and EN 442 compliance?
All Radobella aluminium cast radiators are tested and certified to EN 442-1 (thermal performance) and EN 442-2 (safety and durability) by accredited laboratories. We also hold KEYMARK and ISO 9001 certifications. Published W/section figures are real measured data at ΔT50 conditions. Maximum operating pressure is 16 bar, maximum water temperature 110 °C. All certificates and test reports are available on request.
Which countries do you export to?
We export actively to more than 50 countries. Leading markets in Europe include Germany, France, Italy, Poland and Spain. In the Middle East, the UAE and Saudi Arabia; in the CIS, Russia, Ukraine and Azerbaijan; in North Africa, Morocco and Egypt; and in the Americas, Canada and Brazil. Shipments are available in FCL and LCL containers. Products are classified under HS code 7322.19.00. EUR.1 movement certificates and certificates of origin are supplied with each shipment.
What is the lead time?
Standard stock items ship within 10–15 business days. Custom colour, non-standard size or private-label orders should allow 4–8 weeks. Placing orders 8–12 weeks in advance for shipments of 20+ pallets secures production priority and locked pricing. An express production option is available for urgent requirements at an additional charge. The confirmed delivery date is provided in writing after order confirmation.
